BCAA Post Workout Powder is a special mix of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and Glutamine that helps with muscle growth and recovery. It contains 5000mg of BCAAs in the perfect ratio of 2 parts Leucine to 1 part Isoleucine and Valine.
